Part of a future development this model residence was designed as a base design for future homeowners to customize it to meet their needs. Design #4 is meant to be the most architecturally unique of the model homes with the most space for entertaining surrounded by the lush forests of the site. Designed by Cordova Design Studio in Collaboration with Corbin Patten Designs.
