Hello!

My name is Andres F. Cordova, I’m an Architectural designer specializing in Residential and small commercial projects. I have a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Detroit, Michigan as well as a Business Certificate from Harvard Business School.

I started my professional career during the summer of 2015 right before my senior year of high school at a well-know local architecture firm.. Throughout my undergraduate studies I worked full-time during the summers at different award winning companies in Metro Detroit as well as a part-time job through the academic year in a newly established Architectural Design firm from Rosseau, ON. Throughout this time I was exposed to various high-end residential projects that further established my strengths and Interests in this area. I developed a keen eye for detail and design while learning from highly experienced colleagues. Upon graduating in the summer of 2020 I found myself back at a small family-owned architectural firm with a long history of Intimate and timeless architecture.

I consider myself to be a detailed oriented designer with special care for the home-owners which I consider to be patrons of great architecture. I believe that we have a duty to design spaces that leave a lasting benefit to each customers lifestyle and represent an artistic expression of the human experience within nature. I frequently advocate for Quality, sustainability and functionality in architecture as means to provide the best possible experience in a residence.

I am a client oriented problem solver and I enjoy portraying Architectural Designs in 3D models and Renderings specially catered for each client. I enjoy the shared design experience with every client often sharing the same passion as they have for their projects.
