Part of a future Muskoka development this residence was designed as a base design for future homeowners to customize it to meet their needs. Design #2 is the largest of the model homes with the most available interior space for customizing. This residence is primarily focused on Interior entertaining areas with ample amenities for guests. Designed by Cordova Design Studio in collaboration with Corbin Patten Designs.
