FLORIDA GAZEBO

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA

This Gazebo is an outdoor space addition to compliment the pool in this property. The owner needed a space to Barbeque and relax while protected from the Florida sun. The gazebo is anchored by thick diagonally oriented stone clad LVL columns supporting an LVL beam structure roof. The roof is clad in turquoise glazed roof tiles giving it a uniquely “Florida” feel. The design is inspired in Don Paul Young’s original idea for the Marco Island Nature Preserve and adapted to is current intended use in this residence. Designed by Cordova Design Studio in Collaboration with Young & Young Architects.
